Telephone Consumer Protection Act

Minimum Funds Availability Increase
Effective July 1, 2020, Regulation CC increased next-day availability for certain check deposits (non-next day items) that must be made available on the next business day following the banking day of deposit from $200 to $225. In addition, dollar thresholds for the large deposit exception increased from $5,000 to $5,525.
NSFCU is in compliance with this regulation on all deposit accounts.
